Esther Maria Alvarez is the dynamic force behind Alvarez Realty. Long before founding her own real estate company, she had a successful career in sales: customer service came as natural to Esther Maria who has always enjoyed catering to her clients needs. Born in David and a Certified Public Accountant, Esther Maria studied English in North Carolina, and started her career in sales in 1997 with Chrisler. With this automotive company, Esther Maria received specialized training in sales reinforcing her natural skills that made her a stellar seller in the Chrisler team. This success inspired her to start her own company, Alvarez Real Estate in 2002. Mrs. Alvarez knows the local Panamanian market and guides her team of real estate agents to think outside the box and to be passionate about customer satisfaction.
